About Climbing4Life
My goal is to help you gain the knowledge and courage you need to achieve your climbing dreams, big or small!
Meet Daniela, founder of Climbing4life.
Daniela is one of Sweden's most successful climbing coaches with several years of experience in both coaching, education and her own training and competition.
Daniela started climbing when she was 20 years old and it was love at first move!
My climbing life started indoors on plastic grips. I sometimes went on shorter trips to climb outdoors, but the Swedish granite felt far too hard and scary for me to climb on.
So instead of climbing outdoors at home, I started, for fun, to enter some competitions. It went very well for me and before I knew it, I had won my first SM in Boulder and was on my way to the World Cups and the World Championships!
A shoulder injury stopped me from competing and climbing for a year.
Instead, I explored the world of yoga, became a yoga instructor and started my "movement training", something that I get a lot of inspiration from for my everyday training and my coaching.
When I came back from my shoulder injury, instead of competing again, I started going on more climbing trips and exploring the world.
It opened up a whole new world for me and I realized that this is what I want to do.
I also want to give others the opportunity, knowledge and courage to take the step and follow their dreams!
