It has been an incredibly rewarding journey. The mental part is such a big part of climbing and a process that is constantly developing and changing. For me, it has been very helpful to put words to it and discuss the subject. With Daniela's help, I have managed to break negative thought patterns, associations and values. I have learned a lot about myself, to identify my thought patterns, my values and have been helped with tools to manage thoughts and emotions. For me, it has been the key to regaining the desire to climb.

So super grateful for the special day with just D, me and A! So much happened to me that day! So grateful also for having been able to reflect on my own reactions, to see my own patterns. Also the conversation with D about values, why do I climb, what do I want with it, adjusting my own goals. Wonderful full-day trips, so wonderful to be outside all day! Appreciate the security and calm of both D and H, learned a lot from how you faced different things that came up and needed to be handled. Appreciated how I have been helped to cope with small basic things such as having a rope, how to think about different situations, etc. Great benefit also from hearing other experienced climbers share their experiences and perceptions of fear and of getting through it.
