2 HOUR WORKSHOP

Choose between 6 developing and inspiring workshops where you can learn about climbing techniques, mental training, strength training or prepare for the outdoor season!

The workshop is 2 hours to give you more time to practice your new skills together with your coach.

CLIMBING FINALS + SPEED FINALS

For those who want to challenge themselves, there is the opportunity to collect points during the day to qualify for tonight's climbing final. Here the 6 strongest girls will compete on 3 elimination problems
