I bring with me a new hope of being able to handle my fears in climbing as well as a repertoire of exercises/strategies I can put together to get me there (and then continue to work on). I have gotten rid of the feeling that I am a hopeless case and no longer made for climbing, now I see myself as one of everyone else who has fears and needs to work on them. I also feel that I am more permissive towards myself, that it is ok to be afraid and that I can take it in small steps (for example, fall training, I have previously pushed myself in it so that I mostly got an increased fear of falls).
A very good and easy-to-understand overview of the factors that are relevant to both climbing and life. Would be useful for everyone, not just climbers.
I've learned that it's better to stay in discomfort for a while than rush to the top. Completing something is worthless - feeling soft and balanced on the trail is wonderful.
The course gives you a detailed map of your inner self and how to navigate between your feelings and thoughts along with practical exercises.

I’ve never had coaching before for the mental side of climbing - and this was very helpful. Partly to realize what are the parts that I need to work on and to have tools / exercises to work on the challenges I have.
I have a more positive mindset during climbing in general, and I’m more eager to try harder routes (even though I don’t always succeed on those).

During the course, I have become more aware of how private life affects climbing, and how things are reflected and appear as "problems" within climbing but which actually have to do with something completely different.
Inspiring and developing course in mental training to take climbing to new levels.

Good exercises, personal feedback, wise advice, many aha moments. I don't find myself thinking about the fear of failure as often, I dare to try more.
