Common warm-ups

The warm-ups this year consist of two parts:

*Movement on the floor in a large group with a leader

*Climbing warm-up, here you are divided into smaller groups to get to know each other better. You will be given specific exercises to do together so you are properly warmed up for the climbing and the workshops!

The workshops

The workshops are intended to inspire and educate the participants.

New for this year is that it is a 2-hour workshop so that the leader has more time to get to know the group and have time to share more knowledge!

However, the workshops are not a full-fledged course, but should be seen as a taste of what a course can look like and what they can contain.

The leaders are invited instructors, route builders and competition climbers with previous experience in coaching.

Max 10 participants/workshop.

The workshops consist of an introduction of the leader and participants, a short theoretical part and practical exercises where the leader helps according to time and opportunity (no guarantee that they will have time to give individual feedback).

There is no age limit on the event, but it is aimed at young people and adults. The workshops are not adapted for people from about 14 years and up.

The climbing

We have brought in really talented female route builders who will build boulder and final problems specifically for this day for two days!

The problems are built at all levels (beginner-advanced) with a focus on nice and fun movements, different techniques/styles and different grip types.

BONUS COACHING

Second hand corner

We have a corner where you can sell climbing gear and clothing/functional clothing that you no longer use.

NOTE! Safety equipment such as ropes, harnesses, quickdraws are sold/bought at your own risk and are not recommended.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Price what you want to sell along with your phone number for swish/contact. If you have clothes, we recommend that you also have a hanger.

At the introduction at the beginning of the event, we will show you where you can put/hang what you want to sell.

You can then look at other people's gear or hope to get a swish during the day!

What has not been sold will be picked up at the same place at the end of the day.

The Final + Speed final

The final is an on-sight style elimination final for the 6 girls who have climbed the most hard boulders during the day. After the first boulder, 2 girls are eliminated, after the second boulder, 1 girl is eliminated.

If the girls are tied, 1 more attempt is added.
